The cross beam design allows for added utility and the pressing plate ensures gentle but consistent pressure, resulting in maximum flavour and nutrient extraction.
We would recommend adding a straining bag (not included) to gather unwanted debris and residue when pressing.

After Care
Easy to clean, simply hose down with fresh water after use and dry with a clean cloth. Lubricate the non-food contact metal parts with food grade grease; this will also inhibit corrosion of these parts. Store in a clean, dry place.
