Detailed Information
Peat-Free Fruit & Veg Compost is a rich compost made from Organic material, and a bio-active gardening wonder product that is the perfect all-round fruit and vegetable growing compost. This compost is a special blend of carefully sourced local certified fine green compost and our RocketGro Soil Improver, and wood fines. The soil improver is made up of composted down Maize, Rye and Grass, the natural by-product from bio-gas production on our farm.
Using This Product
This compost will give you high performance, greater yield, healthier and tastier fruit and vegetables. Great for all fruit growing, veg growing and for planting out salads. Ideal for strawberries and all berry fruit. Ready to plant straight into, and an ideal allotment ready all-round product. For Blueberry bushes we recommend our RocketGro Peat-Free Ericaceous Compost. Always transfer your seedlings into this compost with a decent plug of starter compost. RocketGro Fruit & Veg Compost is not for direct sowing and should not be used as a starter compost as it is too rich, and better used as a follow on compost.
